This website is owned and operated by Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC. 


You must be at least eighteen years of age to use our website. Use of the website is at your own risk. We house our site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. However, we make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safe or your individual use of the website. The Terms and Conditions contained on the page are subject to change at any time. 


You are legally bound to these Terms and Conditions of Use whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with any of our Terms and Conditions of Use, please email us at and we will make reasonable efforts to remove your name, email and access to our offering(s) and website(s).



All transfers conducted through Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

You must be at least eighteen years of age to access any of our offerings.



All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. An interest rate of 1.5% per month shall be applied to any outstanding balance(s). The grant of any license or right of copyright to the Client is conditioned upon receipt of payment in full. After 45 days or outstanding payment, Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC reserves the right to send you to collections, up on which you will owe the total amount of any outstanding payments plus any collection costs including reasonable attorney's fees. 



All payments must be made in full through our storefront before the order will be sent via email, or printed, assembled and shipped. Our store accepts any major credit card and PayPal payments only.



A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before any work can begin. Once final art is approved, final payment will be due prior to printing, assembling and shipping the order.  If digital artwork is being purchased, the same deposit standards apply. The invoice must be paid in full before the order will be shipped. Custom order listings can be made on our storefront to allow for credit card payment. Cash or checks are also accepted.



All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled only by Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our eCommerce store to you. The information you provide is only available to Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC conditions, you agree to the above.



Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.


Additional Information

Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

All inquiries: 



You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Please email us to request return authorization.  Please note that any of our customized or instant download items are not eligible for return. 



A 100% cancellation fee is due once the project has been deemed canceled, regardless as to whether the project has been delivered to Client. For orders over $100.00 the Client agrees to pay Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC no less than a flat fee of $100.00. For orders under $100.00 the Client agrees to pay no less than a flat fee of $50.00. 



The Client agrees that it shall not hold Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC or its agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC’s failure to perform any aspect of the project in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by the intentional or negligent acts or omissions of Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC, or any of its agents or employees.  Furthermore, Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use.



Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC warrants and represents to client that, to the best of its knowledge, the work performed is original and has not been previously published, or that consent to use the same has been obtained on an unlimited basis; that all work or portions thereof obtained through the undersigned from third parties is original or, if previously published, that consent to use has been obtained on an unlimited basis and that Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC has full authority to make this agreement. This warranty does not extend to any uses that client may make of the product that may infringe on the rights of others. Client expressly agrees that it will hold Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC harmless for all liability caused by client’s use of the product to the extent such use infringes upon the rights of others.



Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC retains ownership of all original artwork, whether preliminary or final. Open Invitation Stationery Boutique also reserves all rights to the artwork/production pieces and may use original and or duplicate for demonstration, publication or other purposes. 

All materials, paid or free, that you access on this or any related domains that contain our offerings are under the sole ownership or licensed use of Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC.

To be clear, we own our page layout, design, overall look and appearance, individual graphics, icons, videos, logos, taglines and trademarks (common law or federally registered). You are not allowed to reproduce any part of our website(s), program(s), products(s), service materials or related communications.


You are only receiving a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for non-commercial use only in order to access any content or materials in the offerings you have paid for or opted to receive.

For the most part, we do not process your information in-house, but give it to third party processors for processing. For example, when PayPal takes your payment information, they are a third party processor. They process your payment and remit the funds to us. So in many instances, it will be necessary for us to transmit your information to a third party processor, as we do not have the capability to perform these functions. However, we may, from time to time, process your data internally. Request a Copy of Data:  You have the right to request a digital copy of the data that we hold about you.  Your first request for a copy of your personal data will be provided free of charge; subsequent requests will incur a reasonable fee.


Transfer Your Data: You have the right to request that we gather and transfer your data to another controller, in a commonly used and machine readable format, unless doing so would cause us an undue burden.

We offer the opportunity for you to volunteer certain information to us that is used for email and marketing purposes. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name and email. You will have an opportunity to unsubscribe from any future communications via email, but we reserve the right to maintain a database of past email subscribers.
