GENERAL TERMS
This website is operated by Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or make purchases. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

PAYMENT & BILLING

  • Ecommerce Orders: All products must be paid in full before items are processed or shipped. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

  • Event/Wedding Orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. Full payment is required before printing, production, or shipping.

  • Branding Projects: Payment is due within 30 days. Late payments are subject to 1.5% interest per month. Accounts unpaid after 45 days may be sent to collections, including legal and attorney fees.

  • All transactions are securely processed through third-party platforms; we do not store payment data.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

  • Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product or need assistance before ordering, contact us at hello@openinvitationinc.com.

  • In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and address the issue.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE

All content (designs, text, graphics, products, downloads) is the property of Open Invitation Stationery Boutique, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute without express written permission. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may:

  • Access offerings for personal use.

  • Download/print materials for your own use (if purchased).

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute materials.

  • Share content with others who have not purchased or opted in.

  • Claim ownership or republish any part of our content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our website or services. All offerings are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

WARRANTY OF ORIGINALITY

We warrant that to the best of our knowledge, our work is original or properly licensed. You agree to hold us harmless for any misuse of our work that infringes on third-party rights due to your actions.

LEGAL

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes will be resolved in a court located in Madison County, Mississippi.
